Where do I get help, and which is fastest?
You have three ways to reach us:
- Live Chat on our website - best for quick questions and instant help.
- Discord - best for anything bigger or that takes a few messages (and where Robux and EA FC orders are processed).

Can I get a refund?
Yes. If for any reason we are unable to deliver what we promised, you are entitled to a refund. Refunds are issued
directly on G2A.
My key is invalid / will not accept
Enter it exactly as shown on your order (format GI-XXXXXX-...). If it still will not work, message us on Live Chat or
Discord with your order number.
Something is wrong with my order after delivery
Contact us on Discord with your order number and a short description - we will make it right as fast as we can.
