How your order is delivered
How will my order be delivered?
It depends on what you bought:
- Game accounts (Fortnite, EA, Steam, etc.) are delivered instantly online. Go to gamerinsanity.com, paste your
delivery key, enter your email, and click Access delivery. Your details appear on the page and are emailed to you.
Usually instant; occasionally up to about 5 minutes.
- Robux and EA FC / FUT coins are processed manually by our team. Join our Discord and open a support ticket, and we
take care of it from there.
Where do I redeem an account order?
At gamerinsanity.com - paste your key, enter your email, and click Access delivery. You do not need to create an account
on our site.
Where is my delivery key?
It comes with your order and looks like GI-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXX.
How long does delivery take?
Accounts are instant (up to about 5 minutes). Robux and coins are processed by our team through your Discord ticket.
I redeemed but nothing showed up
Your key stays valid - keep the page open (your details are also emailed). If it has been a while, message us on Live
Chat or Discord with your order number and we will check right away.
Can I check my order again later?
Yes - re-enter the same key and email at gamerinsanity.com anytime. Keep your key private.
