How do I use my account?
Your login details appear on the delivery page and in your email. Log in with those.
I bought a Steam account - what is the on-screen code, and how do I make it mine?
Steam accounts use Steam Guard. The delivery page shows a 5-character code that refreshes every 30 seconds - use it whenever Steam asks for the Steam Guard code. To make the account fully yours:
- Log in with the details shown.
- Change the email to yours (you can fetch the Steam code right on the delivery page).
- Change the password.
- Move Steam Guard to your own phone (Steam Mobile app), or import the .maFile into Steam Desktop Authenticator.

The login is not working
Double-check you copied the details exactly (use the copy buttons). If it still will not log in, contact us on Discord with your order number - we will fix or replace it quickly.
Should I change the email and password?
Yes, right away, so the account is fully yours. The steps are on your delivery page, and we are on Discord / Live Chat if you need help.
I lost my details / closed the page
Go back to gamerinsanity.com and enter the same key and email - your details show again.
